MSL Society Membership

The automatic renewal (or Auto-Bill) feature is a default setting of our payment processor designed to conveniently keep your Professional Membership active and ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits. However, we want you to have full control over when and how you renew your membership.

Here is how you can disable the automatic payment in a few simple steps:

1. Login to your account here
2. Hover your cursor over to the Quick Links section in your account dashboard and click on ‘Renew and Manage Membership’. 
3. As shown in the screenshot below, if your account is set for auto-renewal, you will see an invoice with the status ‘Open (Awaiting Auto-Bill).’
4. Click on the red ‘X’ button at its left to delete the automatic payment setting and cancel auto-renewal for your account.

If you want to take charge of getting your team started, kindly follow the guide below.

Step 1: Click on the following link to manage your organization’s sub-accounts: https://members.themsls.org/members/my_subaccounts.asp

Step 2: To set up your team’s memberships, please refer and click on the screenshot below. The easiest option is Option 2, where you would only need to share the link to your team members, and they can create their own accounts.

1. Click on this link and sign in to view your membership status.
2. If your account is ready for renewal click on ‘Securely renew your membership now’ link as shown below:

CANCELLATIONS: Currently, memberships cannot be directly cancelled from the member portal. You may reach out to us at membership@themsls.org for assistance with cancelling your membership.

REFUNDS: No refunds can be issued once a membership payment has been made. For automatic renewals, we only consider refund requests received within 48 hours after the payment has been made.

The Organizational level provides the same access in terms of resources as the Professional Level membership, the highest membership level. The main benefit is the cost-effectiveness and having one account to invite and manage all team members.

Pricing:
The pricing would depend on how many “seats” or members your organization opts for. The more seats your organization avails, the more cost-effective the membership fee would become.
