Effective KOL communication and engagement are essential to the success of MSLs. Being able to navigate through the virtual environment of this ‘new normal’ is critical to your success. Unfortunately, many MSLs were forced to pivot to an entirely virtual environment without any preparation or proper training. This training provides the skills necessary to confidently and successfully build a value-added relationship with new and existing KOL relationships.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, MSLs now are primarily engaging with KOLs virtually. Virtual engagements, the process of interacting with KOLs via email, text, phone, or online meeting tools, is a vital skill for all MSLs. Building long-term trusting relationships and engaging in scientific exchange to gather medical insights during virtual engagements has been a struggle for many MSLs.
Using new data from KOLs and MSLs teams, this course will give MSLs the skills and confidence to effectively engage with KOLs in virtual settings.
