
Dr. Samuel Dyer

Dr. Samuel Dyer is a dynamic skilled Medical Affairs professional with over 12 years experience within International Medical Affairs for a number of companies. During his career, he has led MSL / Medical Teams in multiple TA’s in over 60 countries throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Africa, Middle East, New Zealand and Australia. His management experience includes small (2+) to large (240+) medical teams across multiple TA’s. Throughout his career, Dr. Dyer has worked on MSL and Medical Affairs strategy and has extensive experience in creating strategic MSL utilization and medical communication plans. He has designed, and created global Medical Affairs and MSL programs that have included: KOL Medical communication plans, strategic assessments, planning, and execution in geographical locations with diverse cultures/languages. Dr. Dyer has also worked on numerous clinical trials, KOL Investigator Sponsored Trials, and has been involved in the successful launch of both pharmaceutical and medical device products both in the U.S. and internationally.
Over the years Dr. Dyer has developed an extensive international network within the Pharmaceutical, CRO, Medical Device, and Medical Communication industries. He has been an invited speaker at several conferences on various topics including KOL management, creating MSL teams, international MSL teams, and the value of the MSL role and Medical Affairs. He has also worked as a consultant with a number of companies for Medical Affairs projects including recently with McKinsey Consulting, Bain and Co., and Philips Healthcare.
Dr. Dyer has a B.S. in Biology and did his Medical training in Chicago. He has a Master’s Degree in Tropical Biology (where he studied in the Amazon) and a Ph.D. in Medical Science. Dr. Dyer also completed a certificate program at Harvard Business School, for Executive Leadership and Strategy in Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology.
Dr. Dyer currently sits on the management team /board of advisors for the start up Biotech company-Biognosys. He is also the author of a first of its kind book on the MSL role that is expected to be published in the Fall of this year. Jeff Kraemer

Jeff has multiple years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries. He began his career as a Molecular Biologist at a medical school where he was one of the contributing scientists on the Human Genome Project. He then served as a Molecular Biologist in the Pharmaceutical Industry researching genetic variations in a number of diseases. He has given presentations at scientific meetings and has worked with numerous researchers investigating the latest in DNA science.
For the last few years, Jeff has been very involved with the MSL community. He has served as an advisor for the creation and launch of MSL WORLD.com as well as the creation of numerous materials for the Medical Science Liaison role. In his new role as the Director of Resources for the MSL Society, he will continue to advise on the creation of resources that will benefit the MSL community.
Jeff has a M.S. (Master of Science) in Molecular Biology from Southern Illinois University. He also has a B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in Biology from Eastern Illinois University.
Jeff has worked for Eli Lilly and Co., Roche Diagnostics Corp., among others. In addition to his ongoing contributions to MSL WORLD.com, he serves as a adjunct professor of Microbiology.

David K. Easlick, Jr. is a lawyer with his MBA from the University of Michigan. He has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan for 35 years and served on the Representative Assembly twice. His practice has run the gamut from litigation to non profit law. He played a role in redrafting the Michigan Non-profit corporate law. Currently specializing in all aspects of non-profit law, he is a SCORE counselor, Board Member, Collier County Special Olympics.
