How are the applications evaluated and the winners determined?

Each award category requires four letters of recommendations from a KOL or Direct Report, a Manager, a Peer, and a Cross-Functional Team member to be submitted as part of the application. During the month long evaluation and review period, each judge will independently evaluate the four letters of recommendations and the introspective questions on a scale from 1 to 10. The awards platform will determine the winners based on the total scores from each judge. The highest scoring application in each award category is the winner.

Importantly, all individual judging results are blinded which means no judges will know how their fellow judges have scored an application. As a result, none of the judges will know who has won in any category until the winners are announced during the Awards Night Celebration on October 7th, 2020.
